Grayshott Studio Spa at Fawsley Hall

It is gorgeous! They have converted the old coach house into a state of the art, luxury spa complete with 6 self contained spa bedrooms, making it perfect for a calming couples weekend away or a pre-wedding retreat. They can accommodate up to twelve people in a single party so they could even be perfect for your hen weekend.
The whole feel of Grayshott is tranquil with an elegant finish, retaining the natural attributes of the buildings that play home to it.

The spa provides an extensive range of treatments and therapies, thermal and relaxation rooms, juice bar, indoor pool, outdoor hydro pool and a state of the art Nautilus Gymnasium. All complimented by a beautiful private south facing garden.
Some of the treatments on offer are ‘Heavenly Hair and Scalp’ treatments, Hopi ear candling, Reflexology, Scrubs, Wraps & Massages and can even offer Pregnancy-specific treatments.

Treatment Room

I sampled the ‘Revitalising Back Treatment’ and it was honestly the most relaxing hour I’ve had recently! All the staff were extremely friendly and relaxed and best of all, non-intrusive. They are obviously highly experienced in their field and knew the best products to recommend, so I ended up taking away with me a bag full of Aromatherapy Associates products. Well…it is good to be bad after all girls!

A weekend away here could be just the indulgence you need before your busy wedding celebrations. I would definitely recommend finding the time to unwind here, and switch the rest of the world off, if only for a few days…
