Wedding Supplier Search
Priced at £50 per search

This service is useful if you need help finding that certain something for your big day! We will source at least three suitable options of approved suppliers for you to select from. We then hand over this information to you so you may select your favourite.

Your Theme
Priced from £150

We will meet to inspire you with how to begin. Deciding upon a look or theme sets the tone for your wedding. Once this is established, plans can start to be formulated.

Once we have met, we will put together a mood board for you to make reference to during your planning period. This will help you to remain focussed on your thoughts and will help everything gel together without straying from your desired look.

This can also be helpful towards keeping your budget on track as you can consider if any extra items or services that you find really fit in with your plans.

Venue Search
Priced from £150

We meet with you to discuss everything you need from your wedding venue, such as atmosphere, location and price. Once we have shortlisted the most appropriate and available for you we handover all the information of between three and five venues, so you may visit and inspect to decide which is the best choice for your wedding.

Accompanied Venue Search
Priced from £300

We meet with you to discuss everything you need from your wedding venue, taking into account the overall effect you wish to create and location requirements. We then complete all necessary research including availability and present you with between three and five choices. We will then visit each venue with you to assess them and help you ask the right questions in order to establish if they are perfect for you.

Increasingly, venues have more regulations and pricing policies to adhere to. We can help you read the small print and find the best choice for your wedding.

On The Day Management
Priced from £300

This service is for the couple who have completed planning their wedding but want the reassurance of having the skills of an experienced planner to coordinate the day itself. We will have a consultation with you in order to obtain full details of your suppliers and venue. All your wedding details will be taken including your styling and decor wishes.

We will then be there on the day to oversee and coordinate your wedding – ensuring you have everything you need, the decor is all as you wish and that your day flows well.

The Final Stages
Priced from £450

This service is for you if you prefer to plan your own wedding but need some support in the last few months. Firstly we will have a detailed consultation with you, after which, we will visit your venue for a walk through of your plans, communicate with all your suppliers on your behalf and oversee your wedding day in detail to ensure all aspects run according to plan.

This is all backed up with unlimited phone and e-mail contact giving you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the run up to your wedding during what can be the most stressful time.

Luxury Shopping Trip
Priced from £200

An indulgent shopping day for the bride and up to two guests. After an initial consultation with you to ascertain your own style, we will make appointments at up to three bridal boutiques on a convenient day for you.

We will collect you in the morning and drive you in a prestige car, with champagne, to your first boutique.

We ensure the stores we take you to have been fully assessed by us in order to give you the very best shopping experience.

After stopping for lunch we then introduce you to the next boutiques where you can continue to try on wedding dresses with the help and advice of trusted professionals.

Full Wedding Planning & Coordination
Priced from £1800

This complete package is tailored to include everything you need, from sourcing suppliers through to managing your wedding day. Perfect for couples needing the experience of a dedicated wedding planner.

We will meet with you for a complimentary consultation to discuss any thoughts you may have for your day. Once we have met we put together a detailed proposal for you to read through and approve. This will outline all work to be undertaken along with our fee. During your planning process, should any discounts or commissions be offered by suppliers, these will be passed directly to you.

At the beginning of your planning, we will put together a mood board specific to your wedding. We will refer to this often through your planning process, bringing it along to any meetings so as to keep a sharp focus on your design. This can really help you to visualise any new elements and how they will fit in with your design theme.

As an extra benefit with this full service we include a wedding budget management programme for you. This is in electronic form which you retain and update as necessary, giving you an accurate summary of your budget.

We can arrange any elements for you as required including your venue, stationery, decor, etiquette advice and more. We provide you with a timeline for all your wedding planning stages and update this after every meeting so you can see how all plans are progressing.

This is all backed up with regular phone and e-mail contact with meetings scheduled in as agreed in our proposal. We work closely with you in the final few weeks before your wedding to make sure you are completely happy with all arrangements.

Finally, we are there with you on your wedding day to ensure everything is as you planned and your suppliers are well briefed. You can relax and enjoy your wedding day in the knowledge everything is being coordinated to perfection.

Wedding Invitation Management
Priced from £150

This can be a surprisingly time consuming part of your organising and we can handle the management of this for you.

We can assist you in the selection of your stationery in order to complement your overall theme, suggesting appropriate wording, taking into account modern etiquette. We can produce inserts for the wedding invitations, for example maps with directions & hotel listings. We will then prepare all invitations ready for mailing using a contact list supplied by you. Postage fees are extra and will be charged at current Royal Mail levels.

Once the invitations are sent, we will be the point of contact for your RSVP's and will record responses to keep you updated on a weekly basis. If there should be any non responses we will follow up on these and keep you informed. Once complete, any meal selections including dietary requirements and allergy awareness will be clearly highlighted and the information handed over to you so you may then liaise with your chefs, caterers or hotel. The format will be electronic so you are able to use it to plan your table arrangements.

Guest Accommodation Management
Priced at £20 per room

This service is designed so you have minimal involvement in the organising of your guests stay.

We will be the main point of contact and can arrange any accommodation on your behalf for your guests, recommending suitable hotels and guest houses to fit in with your plans and their budgets. Any negotiated discounts will be passed directly to the guests.

Wedding Welcome Boxes
Priced from £10 delivered

This is a fantastic way to welcome your guests who have travelled in order to celebrate with you.

The beautiful package will be hand delivered to their hotel suite before arrival and can also act as your 'thank you' gift if necessary. We usually include inside a small gift as discussed with you for appropriateness and cost (this could be chocolates or high quality toiletries for example), a document outlining local points of interest to possibly explore during their stay, good quality local restaurants with ideas on price and atmosphere, a reliable taxi company list and a schedule of your wedding day.

This is a popular choice for couples who feel they want to give a personal welcome to their special guests.

Children's Entertainment Packs

To keep little hands busy during your wedding breakfast! These goodie bags are a fabulous way to keep your younger guests happy during your reception meal.

Each bag can include colouring books and crayons, puzzles and appropriate magazines depending upon the child. Each bag will be tailored to the individual style and age of the recipient. Some couples have taken this opportunity to include the thank you gifts for flowers girls and page boys inside these goodie bags.

Wedding Workshops
£95 for two hours

This two hour meeting can be held in your home or at our office and will cover any aspects of your wedding planning that you are struggling with. We will give advice on areas such as modern etiquette, style, how to effectively search for suppliers or any other queries you may have.

It will include lots of general tips and pieces of advice that are needed and will set you in the right direction to achieve the day you've worked so hard to achieve. Any additional hours will be charged at £30.

Pre Wedding Functions
Priced from £150

If you are hoping to have a sociable run up to your wedding but simply can't find the time to dedicate to organising it, we can coordinate these events for you. Popular evenings include bridal showers and the rehearsal dinner.

We will meet with you for a complimentary consultation to talk about the type of gathering you would like and from there, suggest possible venues according to your taste, organise the guest list and make any necessary reservations. All you need to do is turn up and enjoy the celebrations!

Wedding Budget Management
Priced from £50

This service is designed to keep you on track with your budget plans. As a couple you will be bombarded with 'must have' items from every angle and it is so easy to be distracted with the next big idea. We provide this service to help keep everything in order for you.

During your initial consultation with us we will discuss the budget you have set, and the different elements you feel are the most important to you. We will then compile in electronic form your budget planner. You take control of this and can update it as you go along so you always have an accurate summary of your budget.
